Ecommerce: What do Consumers Need ?

Posted by Scott Lindsay

“My first rule of consumerism is never to buy anything you can’t make your children carry.” – Bill Bryson

If you are involved in ecommerce it is important to accept the truth that we live in a consumer-driven society.

What this means in practical terms is your product selection and available services are largely dependent on consumer taste and preference. As more and more consumers make their way to the worldwide web it is clear that the consumer is in the driver’s seat.

“Whoever said money can’t buy happiness simply didn’t know where to go shopping.” – Bo Derek

There are so many marketing tools for ecommerce websites, but if you didn’t start with market research you may be spinning your wheels. When you bring a product to the online market you need to be very sure it is something that the consumer wants.

It is possible to bring a new product to the marketplace without a consumer mandate, but in this case you will need to work at helping your customers and prospects understand why this product is something they need. Without a felt need on the part of your customers you will likely find few sales.

“Thanksgiving is a typically American holiday…The lavish meal is a symbol of the fact that abundant consumption is the result and reward of production.” – Ayn Rand

Once a consumer understand they don’t have something that they believe they really need there is a built-in motivation for a purchase.

This doesn’t mean you should be deceitful in your presentation. In fact, a good presentation for ecommerce will provide testimonials on how your product has helped others. When there is a correlation between the product and a remedy the product becomes accessible and desired.

“Thirty-five percent of consumers surveyed said added costs, such as shipping and handling, or lengthy delivery times resulted in their abandoning an online purchase. Sites requesting too much information is another annoyance that drives away 35 percent of buyers surveyed.” – Net IQ Web Trends

Beyond selling a product consumers want there may be other issues to consider. 2005 internet usage studies showed that just over 1 billion Internet users were logged on with about 20% of those sales based in the US. Savvy ecommerce sites are finding ways to offset shipping and handling expenses as a means of boosting sales.

The primary directive of ecommerce is finding your niche with a product that sells and marketing that product effectively to the more than 1 billion potential customers that will log on this year.

Niche Marketing Strategies for Home Business

Posted by Onye

“What exactly is niche marketing and how can it help my home business to prosper?” This is the most pertinent question that must be impinging your mind at this juncture. Before introducing you to the technicalities of the concept of niche marketing, it would be worthwhile to focus the floodlights on niche market, first. Niche market is a narrowly focused portion market that can easily be targeted. The nature of your niche market and the effectiveness of your niche marketing strategies are intricately intertwined. Hence, to ensure overall growth of your home business, you would have to devise your niche marketing strategies according to your niche market.

You cannot frame effectual niche marketing strategies unless you’re familiar with your niche market. Identifying a niche market is all about finding a distinct segment of consumers whose needs you’ll be able to fulfill successfully. For instance, you’re a copywriter with expertise in writing brochures, then your niche market would include all those consumers who require brochures time and again. Once, you’ve identified your niche market, conduct a thorough competitive analysis to identify your direct competitors as well as determine what niche marketing strategies they are using to stay ahead.

It is usually believed that a niche market without any competitors is the best territory to establish home business. To an extend this perception is true. It may be possible that other home business owners may not have discovered your niche market. However, it may also be possible that many may have tried and failed to penetrate the territory. Hence, to maintain your risks at a manageable level, it is advisable to access your niche market’s receptiveness to your products and services first.

Upon completion of the process of identification of niche market, you would have to plan out strategies to market your products or services in your niche market, and this is what niche marketing is all about. Some potent niche marketing strategies with respect to home business are as follows:

• Before approaching your niche market, try to acquire as much knowledge about the needs of your target audience as possible. By abiding by this niche marketing strategy, you would be able to address the problems of your prospects as an understanding member rather than an outsider. Once, you succeed in winning the confidence of your potential customers, it will become easier for you to sell your products or services to them.
• Don’t commit the mistake of using the same method to solve problems of different nature. For instance, you sell leather products primarily to men. Now, you want to include working women in your niche market. In order to do so, you would require leather products exclusively for working women. You cannot convince a woman to buy products that are solely for men. In other words, you cannot solve a woman’s problem with men’s products.
• Market your product or service in a manner that will compel your target audience to believe that this is exactly what they need or what they have been looking for. Be prepared to spend time and resource to educate your target audience about your unique product or service. Convince them that only your product or service has the potential to solve their problems forever.
• The last, but the most important niche marketing strategy is to make your target audience believe that your home business is genuine, and not a fragment of an entrepreneur’s wild imagination. To achieve credibility, you would have to highlight your home business in all your marketing materials as brochures, websites, press releases and even your business cards.

After going through this comprehensive account on niche market and niche marketing, it can be deduced that the right mix of niche marketing strategies is all that is required by the home business owner to excel.

Is All Web Traffic, Good Traffic?

Posted by Chris Le Roy

I am sure I have listened to just about every Internet Marketing Expert alive on this planet talk about web traffic. Some will tell you, that you need to get as much web traffic as possible, others will tell you that you only need a little bit of traffic to make money on the web. Each of these gurus talk about how they achieved so many sales from 10,000 visitors, or we will guarantee you will make at least 1 sale from every 1,000 visitors you have at your website even if it’s a ugly website.
Well, I don’t want to give you any false hopes on how many sales you will make, in fact, I want to share with you, what can really go wrong on the web if you are not seriously careful in getting the right web traffic. I had been working with a couple of different mentors for our business from both the traditional Bricks and Mortar perspective and an Internet perspective. I wanted to test out a new sales page I had written to see if we could sell any of our Microsoft Office Specialist Excel Training kits online. Everybody who has seen our training programs have always commented on how easy they are to understand and how much more professional they are to others on the market.

With the help of our internet mentor, we built a sales page, and then used Google’s Adwords to drive traffic to our website. The advert we had put together on Google was nothing short of amazing; our Click Through Rate or CTR was as high as 12.5% which is absolutely out there. I had achieved something I never thought I would. After 24 hours we had 1,200 visitors with about 120 people registered for our free chapter extract, after 6 days I had had over 10,000 unique visitors to our website with approximately 900 people having given us their email addresses to get their free chapter.

One Catch – WE HAD ZERO SALES

What I had effectively done was to drive traffic from Google to our site to get their free chapter but the traffic that was driven to our site had absolutely no interest in buying anything from us, they only wanted what we going to give them for free. Now to give you an idea of what that traffic cost, to get those 10,000 unique visitors to my site had cost me just over $3,500 US dollars. I should make a note at this point, I had implemented all the programs, internet marketers recommend like using AutoResponders, doing follow-ups on the people who had registered etc.

One of the things I had done prior to building this site was to put into place a number of strategies I had learnt from an audio package called the Mr H Interviews. In these interviews this gentleman talked about learning about who your customers were and whether the traffic coming to you site is valid for your site.

Driving traffic to a site is easy. Just give something away Free that people want and you will get people to your site. But, just like in our bricks and mortar building, we only want to give the free things away, if people truly want to purchase our wares, or what is the point in being in business.

Prior to driving this traffic to our site I had developed the website to track where people were clicking off, I did a follow-up survey 7 days after they visited my site and I asked them a range of questions such as were they interested in buying my product and it was at this point I realised that the traffic I had purchased from Google via the Adword campaign was absolutely the wrong traffic for my website. I started to get comments from people demanding that I give them our training material for free, that they weren’t going to pay for it cause they had no money and I was this big company who should be giving it for free. I must have got about 50 responses along these lines and very quickly I realised, the traffic I had driven to my site was the wrong traffic. More than that, I can honestly say, getting responses like these really do get depressing especially when I am only a small Australian business with just nine people working for me.

Anyway, where I made my biggest mistake was that the Adwords campaign I had used was simply the wrong advert to be catching the customers I wanted. In the advertisement I had stated that who ever clicked on this link would get a Free Chapter Extract of our Excel program. It turns out, the type of customer I had attracted was one that only wanted everything for Free.

One of the lessons I learnt in using Google, Overture and other pay-per-click search engines is that it is not the volume of traffic but the quality. In our adwords campaign, I wasn’t using generic keywords, I was in fact using very targeted keywords but still attracting the wrong type of customers. I needed to qualify my customers through the advert a lot more than what I had done.

Before you even think about building an Internet business you really do need to have a very clear understanding of who your customer is, what it will take for your customer to buy, what attracts your customer, where your customers can be found and how you can check to make sure that the customers you are attracting to your website is valid for your business. The other issue to make a special note of, is make sure you build your website that can test where people are leaving your site, how far they are reading to and what their objections are in buying. If you put these strategies into place, you will very quickly see whether your website is working for you, but even more so, you will have the information to know whether any changes you make are in fact working. Essentially you want to take the guess work out of your website.

eBusiness Is More Efficient Than Ever

Posted by Jon Slocum

E-business is a term used for the process of doing business electronically, i.e. through the Internet. Many people mistake it with e-commerce though e-business has wider scope than e-commerce. The latter describes only B2B transactions. In an e-business, partnership implies coupling and building virtual enterprise. The term e-business a new concept that has emerged only after business through Internet came in practice. E-business has changed the trade scenario with lots of additional facilities and by decreasing the communication gap. It is a process that is completely information based and powered with web-based technologies.

Through e-business, working with partners and clients has become very efficient. This method enables the companies to link their sales and purchase (of products and services) with more flexibility towards greater satisfaction of the customers. Online business can be conducted over the public internet and internal intranets. You can also go ahead with e-commerce over private extranets.

E-business mainly involves the processes of distributing, buying, selling, marketing and servicing of the products and services over Internet or over other electronic systems. Internet business is aimed at commercial transactions like; electronic fund transfer, online marketing, supply chain management and automated data-collection.

E-business is more than e-commerce as it covers all the business processes within the whole value chain. This value chain involves electronic purchasing, supply chain management, processing orders electronically, customer service and co-operation with business partners. Exchange of data and other relevant information is amongst the major functions of e-business.

Internet business offers a great opportunity of personal income through your own business. The set-up cost is very low as compared to the other businesses. You just need to have a well connected (with internet and other equipments) computer at home. To begin business, you have to buy a ‘domain name’ and web hosting service. You can act as a re-seller through internet business. You have to connect with the customers and take their demands. Then you have to go through the dealers and order on the customers behalf. You will earn commission from both sides on every sale.

E-business is not a kind of business that has the potential make you rich overnight. You have to show discipline and put hard work in order to establish yourself and let your online business grow. It is an excellent medium to earn extra cash, but remember that it needs your regular attention. You can deal in any product or services that suit your interest or generate more profit.

The whole process of electronic business is divided into three categories.

1. Internal business system: It includes costumer relationship management, enterprise knowledge, workflow, document and human resource management.

2. Enterprise communication and collaboration: This category includes the areas like content management system, e-mail, voice mail, discussion forums, and chat system and data conferencing.

3. Electronic commerce: This is the last of the categories that include electronic funds transfer, online marketing, e-marketing, music downloads and online transaction processing.

The future of eCommerce store development

Posted by Gene Torrey

As a long time web designer I’ve dealt with any number of eCommerce options over the years. In general you’ve always had two major options:

1) You build and code from scratch. This required a great deal of knowledge in various coding languages in addition to the ability to design an attractive interface which will work within the construct of the website’s structure.
2) You pay a company with pre-built systems. This was not only extremely expensive but rarely allowed you freedom to create any sort of pleasing design as it would have to conform to their limited header/footer customization.

Well, I’ve seen the light now! The future is here and (unfortunately for people in “the business” like me) it’s unbelievably easy to do.

These free solutions are Open Source based online shop e-commerce solutions that are available under the GNU General Public License. They all contain a rich set of out-of-the-box online shopping cart functionalities that allows store owners to setup, run, and maintain their online stores with minimum effort and with no costs, fees, or limitations involved. Most of these Open Source solutions provide an e-commerce platform, which include the powerful PHP web scripting language and the fast MySQL database server. With no special requirements, they are able to run on any PHP 4.1+ enabled web server running on Linux, Solaris, BSD, Mac OS X, and Microsoft Windows environments.

Unbelievable right? Well,, it’s true and I’m loving it.

In addition to the obvious advantages of these open source stores, there are many less obvious benefits such as
- Active user forums where you can get answers to most any question without dealing with charges or “canned responses” from a profit company.
- The ability to change the design of your store nearly instantly by simply selecting a new “template” from within your administration panel
- Countless free “add-ons” and “modules” which add all types of additional features to your store.
- As the projects continue to grow and the stores improve you can upgrade, and of course the upgrades are free also.

In my opinion once of the greatest of the above features is the ability to change the design and/or appearance of your site with the ease of a few uploads and button clicks (ONCE YOU HAVE A DESIGN DEVELOPED). The most common complaint I found from OS users was the same one I’ve heard about other e-commerce packages. People weren’t aware of how much work would be involved in getting an original design put together. They would get to a certain point, hit an unexpected bottleneck, and be unable to keep going. The majority of the work involved in getting your store up and running was getting a design to function within the limits and restrictions of the store’s code. Every implementation will run into these problems, and everything takes longer and costs more than you plan for it, whether it’s proprietary or open source. There are now; however, easy solutions for this issue which will prevent you from getting overwhelmed. Many businesses on the web (example: http://www.bg-website-templates.com & http://www.bluegelmedia.com ) who focus on web template development have entered a whole new era in template design. They have begun development of stunning designs for Open Source eCommerce solutions such as OScommerce, ZenCart, and CRE Loaded (the most popular of these Open Source eCommerce solutions). This allows you to easily implement a perfect store design within minutes. While these design templates are not free like the eCommerce solution, they are worth the mere $50 average price, saving you weeks of frustrating design.

You can find more information on these Open Source eCommerce Solutions at their hub sites. Just type in the OS solution name you wish to research into your search engine and their home pages will show up. The most popular solutions are ZenCart, OScommerce & CRE Loaded. But there are many other ones out there to choose from; however these three have proven themselves over time and have such large user bases and support groups that I would recommend trying one of them first before attempting to delve into lesser known solutions.

To sum this all up. While large companies will always need a custom built solution for their online stores, the average small business no longer needs to spend five or ten thousand dollars to have a quality store developed. The use of a free OS solution along with an inexpensive design template will have you selling online for pennies on the dollar compared with a custom built store. Even if you don’t feel you have the skill set to work with the OS solutions, you can hire any competent developer to implement it for you. Sure you’ll be charged, but the price will be a small percentage of what you would have paid.

Sales Letters - Is Your Prospect Living Inside Your Head?

Posted by Stuart Elliott

Wow, what a strange question!

Does this question whether your prospect is a mythical person like the dragons in fairy tales of old or does it ask whether you really know your prospect?
Well, there is truth in both sides of the question. A lot of would be marketers think they have found a killer product and write a sales letter to match, only to find out later (to their cost) that there is no market for that product.

But, what I really want to discuss today is…

Do You Breathe The Same Air As Your Prospect?

I mean do you really know your prospect, do you talk the same talk as him/her do you live the same life as him/her? In short can you honestly say that you can identify with your prospect?

Look, when you write a sales letter not only do you have to know your product intimately, taste it, feel it, own it and use it but…

You have to also KNOW your prospect intimately.

Too many marketers today, whether they be Internet or Offline marketers, locate a product or service that they think will sell. They research it in depth and start to write a sales letter for it, but fail to put the same amount of effort into identifying who they are writing the sales letter to.

“You may have the best product in the world but how can you write a killer sales letter for it if you don’t know who will buy it?”

No, you must learn everything there is to know about your target market, what their needs are, what their desires are, how they think, how they talk and yes, even how they dress.

For instance, say your product is the latest high-tech skateboard. You’ve researched it endlessly and know that it will benefit your prospect because it is lighter and stronger thus giving him/her more speed and will never break. How do you think your prospect will react if you walk up to him/her wearing a suit and tie then try to talk to him/her in language that would be more suitable for the annual financial meetings of a fortune 500 company?

Or say you are selling a top-notch financial product, how do you think your prospect would react if your opening words were “Yo Dude! What’s the juice?”

I can tell you that he/she would probably laugh in your face. You certainly wouldn’t hold much credibility in his/her eyes.

Far better if you took the time to learn your prospect’s habits then approach him/her wearing similar attire that he/she would wear - immediately you’d start to fit in. Now when you talk to him/her about your product and use familiar language he/she will listen with open ears and be begging you for a chance to try out your product because you’re talking to him/her on his/her level.

Don’t be misled into thinking that there is no need to worry about clothes when addressing prospects via the Internet either. A photo of yourself adds instant credibility to your sales letter but of course that photo must show you in attire that matches the minds eye of your prospect. For instance a picture of you sitting there in your underpants wouldn’t do much for your credibility if you were selling stock market advice would it?

So the next time you sit down to write a sales letter for that killer product you’ve identified take the time to research your buyers, let them live inside your head for a while before you put pen to paper.

That way when you do write your sales letter it will talk the same language and walk the same walk as your prospect. Thus you will gain his/her respect immediately he/she starts to read it.

Oh, by the way, do make sure there is a market for your product, you don’t want to be selling skateboards to dragons now do you? (Remember, dragons can fly so have no need of a skateboard!)

What is Dropshipping? Finding Dropshippers, Its Advantages and Pitfalls

Posted by William King

Dropshipping is a type of retailing where the retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead passes the customer’s order and shipment details to the wholesaler, who then dispatches the goods to the customer directly. The retailer makes their profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price. Some retailers may still keep “show” items on display in stores, so that customers can inspect an item similar to those that they can purchase. Other retailers may only provide a catalogue or Internet presence.
Drop shipping can occur when a retailer receives a single large order for a product. Rather than route the shipment through the retail store, the retailer will arrange for the goods to be shipped directly to the purchaser.

Let us assume, you purchase an item from a dropshipping site for $20.00. You would sell that item for a price determined by you; let’s use $35.00 plus $4.50 shipping for an example. After you collect the total payment of $39.50 from the customer and their mailing address, you would forward the $20.00 plus $4.50 for shipping to the wholesaler, and keep the $15.00 as profit, never having to touch the product, as the wholesaler ships it out to the customer.

In short, dropshipping is simply selling products for wholesale companies, sending them the address of the person who bought from you, and they ship the product to them. This is an incredible opportunity, most times for the cost of a meal at a restaurant, to start a profitable eBay business.

Many sellers on eBay also drop ship. Naturally a seller will offer an item as new and ship the item directly from the wholesaler to the highest bidder. The seller profits from the difference between the winning bid and the wholesale price, minus any selling fees from eBay.

Finding Dropshippers

Startups and individuals new to the dropshipping world generally face severe difficulty in finding legitimate and authentic dropshipping companies. Several online directories have popped up in recent times on the net which help to make this task easy. Its best online example can be seen by working of the famous online dropshippers directory http://www.aidandtrade.com.

Whilst looking for dropshippers, there is a general misconception that dropshipping companies who charge an initial fee to sign-up and open accounts with them are not considered genuine. Although this might be true in some cases however the reason for charging this fee is that, these companies want to make sure that they are dealing with genuine traders and not individuals merely looking for quick bargains and one off items.

Advantages of Dropshipping

Working with dropship companies has numerous advantages for small companies and individuals looking to earn part time or even full time income. Following are some of its benefits.

- The dropshipper researches for products and provides their lists/catalogues of available items at trade prices - one can sell any of these items by any method they wish.
- The dropshipper acts on the order - Only when the item has been sold and the payment has been received, the dropshipper is asked to fulfil the order.
- The dropshipper packages the orders – No packaging costs are involved at the end of the seller.
- The dropshipper sends the orders out direct to the customer – No delivery costs and efforts are associated with the seller
- The dropshipper is transparent to the customer - As far as the customer is concerned their purchase has come directly from the seller.
- The dropshipper holds all the stock – No warehouse or storage issues at the end of the seller
- All the seller has to do is concentrate on sales and marketing and banking the profits!

Dropshipping Pitfalls

While it is true that the profits can be gigantic, the seller effectively has to rely on the goodwill and professionalism of the dropshipper/wholesaler. Eventually, one should always keep in mind that should the deal go raw (for instance, the dropshipper supplying a faulty product or a downright incorrect one), it will be the seller’s reputation that will take hit. The end buyer cares nothing for whether the seller used a dropshipper or not; all they truly care about is receiving the product that they paid for. For that reason, dealing with unconfirmed dropshippers can be risky.

Additionally, profit margins can be low when working with smaller dropshipping companies. Typically the biggest discounts from manufacturers go to larger volume resellers who further pass their discounts to sole traders and individuals. Using smaller dropshipping companies one might end up paying much more per unit of product than by contacting manufacturers direct. Most manufacturers refuse to deal with individuals, but many will offer low volume quantities at wholesale price. For a fast selling product it could be worthwhile buying small quantities directly from the manufacturers.

Tips To Improve An Online Business

Posted by Ken Snodin

If you have your online business up and running you may want to look at your bottom line and ask yourself if you’re making as much as you can. Think about where you want to be. Are you comfortable at your current level or do you want it to be more?

If you think you should be doing more, then you may want to consider making some of the following changes. First, take a look at your website and sales letter. Is there anything that you can improve? You may want to consider investigating some sites that offer free content targeted at attracting customers and establishing your credibility. Some sites are merely one sales letter. There are many ways to set up a site. You need to think about what works for you.

Some people like to have many smaller sites to generate business. They like that because they have no other content and it will focus concentration on the message. If necessary, hire someone to do the writing for you. A well written sales letter will pay for itself many times over. If you decide to change your sales letter, be sure to keep copies for reference along the way. This way you can compare against older letters to see what gets better results.

If you want to reach potential customers, try a direct mailing. You can do this by sending postcards. Many people like to be contacted by way of mail. If you send anything by way of email it runs the risk of being overlooked. Although going online is a popular way to reach people, it isn’t the only way. There is a big world outside of the internet. If used effectively, you can get many people to read your message.

Look at who you attract online. Are they repeat customers? Think of ways to compliment your products. If you have product additions, it’s always good to let your customers know. If they’re happy with one product, maybe they’ll be happy with another product that ties in with the first one. Perhaps you offer a service that might be of interest to someone. Let your customers know if you are available for work and other services. Offer them a discount or incentive to use you again. Repeat customers can make great referrals to others about your online business.

With the wealth of information available, there’s always something new to learn. There might be something new out there that can significantly change your business for the better. Study some manuals that offer advice. Of course you wouldn’t have time to read all that are available, but you can focus on one or two of them. Study them then put the ideas to work and track their success.

Widen your income opportunities. If you sell a home repair book for example, you may want to then sell blueprints or project plans for things like a deck or a utility shed. The idea is to find a natural connection.

As with any business, forging alliances is key for success. Think about a new market to become jointly involved with. For instance, take a home repair book and then become a home loan or construction loan affiliate. Find another great target group that can benefit from your service or product.

In order to grow your business, you’ll need to constantly scout for new ones while keeping the business you have. Sometimes slight changes or adjustments are needed to increase your income from your online business.

Name Squeeze Pages - What They Are And How They Can Automate Your Entire Online Business

Posted by Cory Threlfall

“Name Squeeze Pages”. If you haven’t heard of them yet, now you have and you’ll soon find out WHY most of the TOP Internet marketers use them and why you too must take advantage of them.

But, before I get into the meat and potatoes of the WHY’s, I think it’s important for you to understand what “Name Squeeze Pages” are so that you won’t be lost when reading the rest of this article.

So, with that said, a “Name Squeeze Page” by definition is simply a *single* web page that has only one purpose, and that is… to capture the Names and Email Addresses of your visitors and/or potential customers.

That’s it. You don’t need to look any further into it then that.

Now that you know the *What*, now it’s time for the *Why* you must take advantage of them.

Well… here it is straight up. You need to take advantage of “Name Squeeze Pages” because they are the ‘tool’ that will build your online business and targeted *Opt-In* list of subscribers that you can sell to over and over again without spending a single penny on advertising.

How’s that of a WHY answer?

Well, that’s just one reason. There’s more.

What if I told you that by setting up a “Name Squeeze Page” you could run your whole online business on Auto-Pilot?

I’m not kidding and here’s WHY.

The other and most critical part of your “Name Squeeze Page” that I haven’t told you about yet is the *Opt-In* form(that’s where you enter your Name and Email Address) and what it’s main function is.

Your Opt-In form is just part of what is called a “Autoresponder”.

And a “Autoresponder” is simply a service that will send out a sequence of pre-written emails by you at what ever schedule you choose, to who ever decides to Opt-In for what it is you are offering.(ex. Free Report,eBook,eCourse, etc.)

Why is your “Autoresponder” the most critical part of your “Name Squeeze Page” you ask?

The answers quite simple. Your “Autoresponder” is what will *Automate* your entire online business, no matter what your selling, taking away the need of you having to follow-up with every subscriber manually.

All your required to do is load it up with your pre-written sales offers and up-sells.

Just imagine the time you’ll save by setting up a “Name Squeeze Page” for your Product or Service, or affiliate products if you don’t have your own, because the facts are, once your visitor visits your website and decides not to purchase what it is you have to offer, they are gone forever. But, if you have a “Name Squeeze Page” set up with an enticing offer and they decide to Opt-In for it, now you’ve got them for life.
