Number one is to move slowly. With rare exception it simply takes a bit longer and is more complicated for a women to become aroused. Hold her and rub her through her clothes. Run a few bases on the couch before you take to the bedroom and start ripping off her clothes in record time turbo! Taking it slow can be a great way to tease her and get her as excited as you are. The principle of taking two steps forward and one step back applies to foreplay just as it does in the seduction process. Don't try to take off an article of clothing all at once. Undo one button, then go back to kissing and caressing her, come back after a little while and undo another button. The same could be said about kissing her entire body. Don't just go for it, kiss and caress, make her think you are about to do it, then do something else and come back later. Anticipation is half the fun. You also don't want to pay all your attention on the obvious areas of her body. Appreciate her entire body, by holding your bodies close, caressing and kissing all over, not just her breast, lips and between her legs. How about her stomach, hips, legs, neck, ears, and hair! Make her feel like she is seducing you by showing that you are barely able to hold yourself back. Let her hear and feel you breath faster near her ears, give her a gentle bite and kiss on the neck, and run your hand through her hair and give it a gentle pull. One thing I have found during any stage of sex that heightens the intensity and intimacy is eye contact. This is so often neglected because we close our eyes when we kiss. In the act of foreplay or intercourse look her in her eyes. You will set yourself apart from other men just by doing this. The experience will become more intimate and hot for both of you. Your touch can very from a light caress to commanding embrace. Be gentle for the most part when touching women to make her feel good. However, women want you to take the lead in bed and a firm embrace while maneuvering her body in bed will send shivers up her spine. Ok, this is just a primer, but these few tips will set you apart from 99% of those poor fools having seizures on top of women expecting them to be satisfied.
