A socially responsible entrepreneur understands that honesty is a crucial component in the success of the business especially in the long run. For example, in running the business, he ensures that he is honest with his team and consumers. He also attends to the business and team needs first before his needs. Through such integrity and honesty in running the business, it plays a crucial in ensuring the business sustainability in the long run. The amazing part about social responsibility in business is it teaches you great education when running a business. It also provides a wonderful opportunity for individuals such as the entrepreneurs,employees and others alike to develop holistically in areas such as compassion,team management, leadership,social cohesion and social awareness.
