Many of us are short on time to get things done and seldom have relaxing time to read or reread new or old books we have wanted to get into. Some even listen to Jack Canfield. When you are driving on the road do not use the headphones. You will not be able to be alert for other cars and drivers trying to get your attention. Use the good old CD player. It is okay to use the headphones if you have a train or bus to take you places. This will positively fill in your empty time for you. Some ipods or mp3s will be good company for you on these empty time trips. The same rules will apply to plane or boat trips. So here you have it.
