Then move your hands, again in small circular movements to the left hand side of the stomach area just below the ribs. Finally trace a path down to the hip whilst performing small circular movements. When you've finished you've essentially traced around the stomach area. Repeat the entire process a few times and do it slowly. That should help you break wind.
