The courses that assist include crystal healing, touch therapy, chakra balancing, meditation and color therapy. Most of these healing techniques require certifications and degrees. Many alternative healing practices require licenses in some states. Some states prescribe the number of hours to be practiced by a practitioner and proof of training (certificates) in order to ensure that the person is a certified professional.
