What if you happen to spill something on the bag and it gets slightly damaged? You basically just have to send back the bag with an explanation note and they quote the cleaning cost. If you agree to the cleaning cost, they have it cleaned and you pay for it. Otherwise, if you are not agreeable with the price, then you have the option to purchase the bag in its current condition.
